Abstract:
The objective of this thesis is to study the relationship of authentic leadership and in-role and innovative performance of the employee with the mediating role of work-family facilitation. The current study is focusing on determining the relationship between authentic leadership and in-role performance and innovative performance. The data is collected from the teaching staff of school education sector of Lahore.SPSS and AMOS software has used for data analysis. Sample size is 372.The result of this study shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the authentic leadership and in-role performance and innovative performance and mediating variable work-family facilitation have strong impact on the relationship between authentic leadership and in-role performance and innovative performance. The current study will help the researchers and practitioners in their future research and it will also help the different industrial sectors to bring the required facilities and leadership support for the employees so that employees can perform better and help organization gain success. The current study contains all the positive variables such as authentic leadership, in-role performance, innovative performance and mediating variable work-family facilitation and the future research can be done by using the negative mediating variable such as work-family conflict
