Abstract:
This current study examines the role of revenge through supervisors bullying and organizational injustice on employees’ effectiveness among the employees of textile sector. Moreover, the study intends to explore how bullying and organizational injustice influence the employees effectiveness in Pakistan. Revenge is the dark side of the society which utilized different factors to harm others in social life and as well as in workplaces. To get the ideal outcomes from employees and to enjoy the healthy and long lasting relationships, workplace ethics, fairness and collegiality are the key factors. Bullying and organizational injustice are one of main causes that spur the revenge behavior. Employees who face bully and organizational injustice want to precise punishment for an offense committed by the other employee. When such injustice is perceived than motivation for revenge develops and harms the employees’ effectiveness. The population of this study consists on textile sector employees including both male and female in twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The sample size of this study comprised on 600 textile industry employees through stratified random sampling technique. The study applied survey based questionnaire instrument for data gleaning. The study will apply SPSS, SEM, CFA and AMOS software techniques for data analysis. The tentative findings based on pilot study and literature are interesting which explains that the revenge through bullying and organizational injustice spurs the retaliation motive and displays significant and positive relationship between revenge and employees’ effectiveness.
