Abstract

As we know that the world has progressed very much in the field of science especially in the field of computer science, IT etc. now is the era of smart phones or android phones that help people to be in contact with their love ones, and also they provide other extensive facilities to their user. The application we have developed is of very use to people who use android phones. Our purpose is to provide people with the facility to call for help at the time of extreme emergency. This is basically an ambulance service providing application, that has a user and ambulance driver connect to application server. Using this application, user will be able to send his request to the application server. Application server will receive request from user and will store it in database and then server will send the coordinates of nearest available ambulance to user and will send the coordinates of user to ambulance driver, polling is used to send notification to driver about user’s location as polling responds if any change occurs in the database, which will then response to the user call. The application we have developed will surely help in saving lots of valuable lives. Our purpose is to provide the facility of ambulance service the people at their door steps. And we are sure that (INSHALLAH) this will fulfill the purpose it is designed for.
