Findings: External collaboration positively impacts Logistical performance. The relationship
between Internal collaboration and Logistical performance is not found to be significant. Internal
collaboration and external collaboration are found to be positively correlated.
Limitations and implications: The study has been conducted at a small scale in 30 companies,

therefore limited. Further inter-city research is needed. Moreover, the study is based on the
of the respondents about the firms they work in. It is therefore suggested that

future studies should focus on development of measures
more objectivity
