dc.description.abstract In recent years the concept of mindfulness has got great attention by researchers and this phenomenon is getting popular increasingly. It has been established in previous researches that multifarious benefits in the shape of performance betterment, psychological stability, and physical well being is attached with mindfulness. The aim of this study was to gauge the impact of mindfulness on the psychological aspects (i.e. self esteem, happiness, and subjective well being). It also focused on mediator i.e. workplace spirituality that can increase these effects. The survey was conducted in banking sector, based in Islamabad. 300 Questionnaires were distributed among upper, middle and lower management tiers of the banks so as response received covered all segmented in the sample, out of which 247 were found appropriate to draw results. Simple random sampling (probability) technique was used. Latest version of SPSS was used for multiple regression and correlations of variables under study. SPSS PROCESS version 3 (Hayes, 2017) was used to ascertain the results of mediation. All variables had strong positive correlation among each other. Findings also showed that Workplace spirituality enhanced the effect of mindfulness on self esteem and happiness. However, it showed partial significant impact on subjective wellbeing. en_US
