dc.description.abstract This study is to evaluate impacts of different attributes of house and developers service quality on overall post purchase satisfaction of house buyers in Pakistan. Survey method is used to collect the primary data through questionnaires for this study. To evaluate the effects of housing attributes and service quality attributes on post purchase satisfaction of housing consumers data was collected from selected stratified sampling frame of middle and upper middle class housing consumers of Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Keeping in mind middle class and upper middle class population data was collected from two leading developers Bahria Town Rawalpindi (phase 1 to phase 8) and Defence Housing Authority Islamabad (phase 1 & 2). Four hypotheses were devised based on assumption that housing attributes and service quality attributes have positive impact on post purchase satisfaction of housing consumers. Data was collected from individuals who are residents of Bahria Town and DHA and was analyzed on SPSS. Descriptive statistics shows that most of the. residents of Bahria Town and DHA are well aware about the international standards of housing estates. Linear regression test was applied to check the impact of all four hypotheses on post purchase consumer satisfaction of housing consumers in Pakistan. As there is dearth of research in housing industry within Pakistan, therefore this study is good contribution to understand different housing (physical, environmental and psychological) attributes and developer's service quality attributes and their impact on post purchase residential satisfaction of housing consumers in Pakistan en_US
