dc.description.abstract This study helps to investigate the relationship between supply chain risk management (SCRM) and organizational performance. Moreover, two dimensions of operational performance i.e. operational efficiency and operational flexibility are also measured as mediating variables. The author also examined the moderating role of supply chain integration (SCI) between SCRM and operational performance. The research design used in this study is quantitative. The methodology adopted in this study is survey – based methodology. It is used on the data collected from public sector organizations of Pakistan. Tool used for data collection is questionnaire. The deductive approach is used for this study. This study identifies the relationship of SCRM with organizational performance. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship of the SCRM with operational efficiency and operational flexibility. And also, it also has direct and indirect positive impact on the organizational performance. Moreover, supply chain integration (SCI) moderates positively the impact of SCRM on OE and OF. This study includes a small sample size due to lack of resources and time span. Moreover, it is in public sector organizations. Other sectors are not includes. It also measures only two dimensions of operational performance. Other dimensions also require more study. Moreover, this study is about the SCRM impact and not on the methods of SCRM. More research is needed to identify different methods of SCRM.It contributes to the existing studies about the SCRM and SCI by explaining and analyzing some more aspects of SCRM. It also helps to improve managerial insight for risk management and supply chain integration as well. en_US
