dc.description.abstract The study is aimed to ascertain, determine and explain moderating role of Organizational Culture between the relationships of Project Management Success, Servant Leadership and Project Success. Purposive sampling and proportionate quota sampling were used in this thesis for allocating samples of 341 employees of registered IT companies in Islamabad Capital Territory of Pakistan. The study followed cross-sectional research design and quantitative research approach to analyze the data. Multiple linear regression was used to study the impact of Project Management Competencies and Servant Leadership on Project Success. There is a positive impact of both Project Management Competencies and Servant Leadership on Project Success. Further the moderating role of Organizational Culture on the relationships of Project Management Competencies and Servant Leadership with Project Success was confirmed, with the help of Preacher and Hayes SPSS macros, in this study. The R-square values reflected the contribution of moderation of organizational Culture between the relationships of Project Management Competencies, Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture. The nature of organizational culture is antagonistic in the presence of Project Management Competencies and Servant leadership. All formulated hypotheses were accepted. The contribution to theory, implications for managers, limitations of the study and recommendations for future research were derived from the results and explained in this thesis. en_US
