| dc.description.abstract | Background: This thesis is about the relationship between employee communication and organizational commitment in corporate project-based organizations of software industry. Employee communication and organizational commitment are interweaved in order to attain the maximum organizational objectives for corporate project-based organizations. This research is therefore, focusing on how employee communication is related to organizational commitment in corporate project-based organizations Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the various elements of the employee communication (information flow, information adequacy, interaction supportiveness, openness and feedback) and the organizational commitment in corporate project based organizations of software industry of Islamabad. Methodology: Quantitative research methodology has been used all over the research study as it greatly suits the very nature of research. Data is mainly gathered through online survey and analyzed by applying multiple regression technique with the help of SPSS. Results: The elements of employee communication including information adequacy, information flow, interaction supportiveness, openness and feedback are positively related and quite effective in strengthening and developing the organizational commitment in the corporate project-based organizations of software industry. | en_US |
