dc.description.abstract The-111ain aim of the study is to measure the impact of training on employees' performance and consequently on project success in the banking sector of Pakistan by taking a case study of Bank Alfalah Ltd. Training fulfills the gap between the requirements at1d the present state of Competency. The gap can be filled through proper training programs. There are a number of ways in which the l:ack of skills of the employees is addressed during the performance of their job, training is one oflho•s.e strategies which serve the purpose. Training has an ultimate impact over the employee skills and abilities and it improves their performance and helps achieve the productivity of the organization .. The research paj:1_er has affirmed the proposition that training has a positive impact on project success.
