dc.description.abstract	This aim of this research is to find out the impact of three independent variables project complexity project uncertainty and project control on project success. And in order to achieve the data was collected from the 245 employees based on which the results are generated. The targeted industry was IT industry. The results depicts and prove the hypothesis made which were that project uncertainty has a negative impact on project success, project complexity also has negative impact on project success whereas project control has positive impact on project success. The detail data analysis has also been discussed in this research. Moreover, the future direction are also given which future researchers can peruse in order to expand this research	en_US
