dc.description.abstract In this modern era, the need for high-speed transmission is increasing day by day for achieving seamless user connectivity. In order to meet this need, various 5G architectures have been proposed and currently 6G are being developed which promises the data rate of up to terabits per second. In a resource constraint real-time system, achieving a high-speed transmission of audio, video and textual data is a very cumbersome task. For this purpose, different multiplexing standards have been proposed which provides efficient data transmission with minimal delay. MPEG-2 transport stream (MPEG2TS) is one of such protocols which provides the effective live transmission of digital contents. This project is related to the development of MPEG2TS protocol for the high-speed live content streaming. At the transmitter end, the digital live frame as well as the textual information is loaded into the proposed system. From the textual information, the footprints are calculated through which the region of interests on the respective frame are highlighted. The proposed framework also compensates the footprint errors through the computed frame descriptors. Afterwards, the text and the live frame is converted into fixed length packets which are multiplexed together and are transmitted over the network via user datagram protocol. On the receiving end, the incoming packets are synchronized together and are de-multiplexed in order to retrieve the transmitted contents. The time taken by the protocol framework to transmit each packet is around 0.03 microseconds with the successful data reporting probability of 0.88 on average which indicates that the protocol framework provides a reliable data delivery while achieving minimum transmission delay en_US
