dc.description.abstract This project is about marketing and HR practices of selected textile companies 1.e. Kohinoor Textile Mills and Taj Textile Mills. The focus of this study is to analyze their marketing and HR practices, which are used to improve the promotion of the product as well as managing their resources effectively. SWOT analysis of both the companies is also carried out. According to requirement Researcher analyze the process of acquiring, development, and employing people to accomplish the company's strategy. This project is not just about the marketing and HR practices, but it also includes the identification of foreign market and the market analysis for the new future markets to increase the sales. This whole study applicable with all the assumptions provided. If the company implements these recommendations, this will not only improve their marketing HR practices but will also increase their sales and the profit margin. In my view, the company must undergo these changes, because it does not cost enough. And this will enable the company to improve their existing marketing and HR practices, increase its profit and to compete in this competitive environment. en_US
