dc.description.abstract A mall management system caters to different stakeholders. The potential stakeholders of such a system are Shop owners, customers, security guards and mall staff. Without a mall management system customer and staff information is mismanagement and potentially can get misplaced e.g the owner could not fmd the previous record ofllislher customer because of lack of functionalities. Customers or staff information collection would be done on hardcopy paper and storing those files is a tedious task. Retrieving and updating records of data is difficult with a hardcopy information storage system. 1l1e existing system was very slow for processing the customer demand (like if they are offering a flouring or customized ceiling). A very big challenge that was not done by this system it was 'The Billing data' challenge. There is a lot of effort required to get the billing data from people by going one by one to every unit. I'm going to make this thing automated by creating the website for this purpose, like in shopping malls, there is a management service for HV AC services and like other things. My core idea is to automate the billing system of a shopping mall and also manage the different services that are necessary for a large/small shopping mall. en_US
