Abstract

One of the most important aspects of the society where we’re living is "Social Communication". Language is the only way to interact with people around us, either verbally or non-verbally. People with special needs (Deaf and Dumb) are also a part of our society and they have also the right to interact with normal peoples and enjoy their external environment around them. But the thing is they couldn’t hear us or to speak us like we normal people do because they’re hearing and speaking impaired. They communicate through a special language known as "Sign Language". The key feature of this application is to provide them a platform through which they can communicate with normal peoples using ASL (American Sign Language) as a mean of communication.
