dc.description.abstract Digital world is progressing day by day, innovating new mind surprising digital products and close consumer relationships globally by the effective use of IOT devices, social media, mobile, analytics and cloud technology to generate real life models for better decisions. Block chain is quite new in the respective field revolutionizing and ensuring security, resiliency, efficiency with immutability and traceability of computer systems. With the initiation of the first use case of Bit coin, blockchain is much more than a crypto currency. It offers an immutable, secure, traceable way of exchanging digital assets kind of some good service, transactions etc. Rapid growth in field of Information Technology let dependency on trusted relationships but lack of regulation, internet fraud and cybercrime are major issues in trusting online entities. To counter these challenges blockchain technology is keen to provide more agile supply chains, faster digital product innovations, closer consumer relationships, and merging the cloud technology and IOT with blockchain is the future of Information Technology. Public Block chain as Permission-less Block chains and Private[1] Block chain as Permission Block chain are the two categories in Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Permission Block chain emphasizing the use cases of enterprise grade private networks ensuring security and traceability day by day in businesses. In this scenario our decentralized system is based upon permission Distributed Ledger Technology by IBM Hyper ledger Fabric, characterizing the core security, immutability and privacy of the educational documents verification. The technical concepts are transferable to wide range of industries of enterprise grade where security, scalability, traceability and immutability are the prior need of the records en_US
