Abstract:
The title of the research is organizations practices in training and development needs of employees. is submitted as a partial fulfillment of the determining This thesis requirements for the degree of BBA program. The objective of the study is to determine how the organization determines the training and development needs of their employees. For this research structured interviews were used as an instrument and the study is descriptive in nature. From the findings it is concluded that through proper t raining and development of the employees we can increase their performance.
