Abstract:
This research focuses on the recruiting and selecting individuals for employment in
pharmacy industry; review various tools and techniques in recruitment and selection
performing in Pakistan and how psychometric testing help in selecting the right candidate
for the particular position. And how it effect the organization in the long run in order to
reduce the employee's turnover
The sample size for this research project is 100. Responses are collected by using
questionnaire while Senior and middle level manager's perception is the requirement ofthis
study and those who directly involves in the recruitment and selection as well.
The Research design will contain the outline for Collection, Measurement and Analysis of
data and method used for it is quantitative method. The Quantitative data collection
methods rely on random sampling and structured data collection instruments that fit
diverse experiences into predetermined response categories.
This research proves that selecting a candidate,, Psychometric tests helps in judging a
candidate in a better way.
