dc.description.abstract Objective: The study investigated the impact of green human resource management on green supply chain management in the manufacturing sector of Pakistan, whereas also analyzed the moderating effect of employees' resistance to change. Methodology: The study has used a five-point Likert scale questionnaire as a data collection instrument while the measures were adopted from various past studies. Furthermore, the study has aimed to collect 198 sample responses from the target population using a judgmental/purposive sampling technique. However, the study has employed Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as data analysis technique using Smart PLS version 3.2.7. Results: The results showed that green development and training, green employee empowerment, green pay and reward and green recruitment and selection have positive impact on green supply chain management. However, green performance management and appraisal has been found positive but insignificant inferring that it does not constitute any effect on green supply chain management. Practical Implications: It is recommended that SCM managers can implement the GSCM system by paying attention over the aspects of humans, as considering the HRM, the development and training ofthe employees are important to deal with mutual aim to develop the environment of the business. Moreover, the deliverance of training to the suppliers is important as well. en_US
