Furthermore, the study has aimed to collect 198 sample responses from the target population using a judgmental/purposive sampling technique. However, the study has employed Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as data analysis technique using Smart PLS version 3.2.7. However, green performance management and appraisal has been found positive but insignificant inferring that it does not constitute any effect on green supply chain management. Practical Implications: It is recommended that SCM managers can implement the GSCM system by paying attention over the aspects of humans, as considering the HRM, the development and training ofthe employees are important to deal with mutual aim to develop the environment of the business.
