Abstract:
"Investigation of the impact of Small Group Activities on students learning process- a students perception" is a relatively new field of study, which is particularly important not only for the organization but also for the educational institutions . A comprehensive research was carried out in this field and the researcher tried to cover all the aspects from various angles. The learning process has been discussed along with the system in which it relates with the small group environment . The reason behind describing the learning process was to give a systematic direction to the whole project . The broad problem area also covered the internal and external factors, which made an impact on the research. The researcher expanded the research with the identification of several variables, which could effect the whole situation . The material and relevant information was easily available within the university as it is currently being implemented in some classes of the university. Other sources included newspapers, journals, articles, internet, books etc .The researcher has also discussed the research methodology in which related fields were discussed. The responses have been analyzed and interpreted with the help of tables and graphs to make the results easy for the reader. The project was the summarized and concluded on the basis of the findings, and necessary recommendations made accordingly.
