Abstract:
Online mobile and web based event organization system is developed for the customers and the service providing companies such as wedding halls and marquees. Customers who want to make a booking for their event such as weddings, parties and conferences can search for the service providers who are available for that event on the required date and time, capacity of their place for the number of guests the customers want in their event? The customer can also search for the type of service providers whose event package price meet customers budget. If all the requirements of the customer, the company is providing then the customers can make a request for their reservation. If the service providing company is agree for organizing that event, then the event will become reserved. The event will be confirmed within an hour after booking request. If there is no response from the service providing company then the request will become cancelled and the customers will have to try to request again for other service providing company for their event.
