Abstract:
Real estate asset valuation is an enormous and obscure industry comprising of experts who rely upon years of experience to assess the worth of property. Several factors are considered when estimating the price of property, such as its size, location and amenities. We propose a system that provides estimations of a real estate assets worth considering these factors, focusing on the housing market so that home owners and sellers can determine the price of a house, to make an informed decision before selling or purchasing property
