Abstract:
Present study intends to assess the relationship between demographic profile and academic Achievement among university students . The demographic variables taken in this study are age, income and gender. Achievement of the students is measured through their CGPA. The total;sample taken was 100. In this sample the males filled 50% of the questionnaires and the females filled 50% of the questionnaires . The CGPAS' of the students were gathered from the examination cell to measure the academic achievement . The whole data gathered from the student was arranged i n SPSS data sheet and correlation was carried on that data and result were obtained . The results showed that Age and Gender had a significant relationship with academic achievement of the students but family income level of the students had no significant relationship with their academic achievement .
