Abstract:
This study aims to measure the components of effective teamwork and their impact on the performance of organization. The two components of teamwork which are communication and commitment that have been studied in this context related to the organization performance. The sh1dy is conducted on Ali medical hospital of Islamabad .The population consists of employees working in this organization. The topic of this study was the impact that teamwork has on the performance of the organization. Data was collected through primary method by questionnaires and analysis was done through SPSS with different tests being applied. Literature review has been done through the reference of different articles covering all variables. The result came out to be positive. Our hypothesis that the communication and commitment when practiced while te~mwork in the organization has positive impact on career success and better for the making an organization productive. The two components of teamwork were found to be correlated with the dependent variable performance by analysis from SPSS and the data was found to reliable by the cronbach alpha.
