Abstract:
The purpose of this study to explore the impact of Supplier Selection Techniques on the operational performance of Small and Medium Enterprises in Marble manufacturing Industry of Pakistan. In this study data is collected through questionnaires to find the relationship between the variables. Also factor analysis is used to check the reliability and validity of the data. The study shows that this empirical study has significant effect of supplier selection technique on operational performance in marble manufacturing firms of Pakistan. Form the result this study goes with proposed hypothesis that there is a positive effect of supplier selection technique on firm’s operational performance.
