dc.description.abstract This research project is focused on detail study of transnational corporations which are accountable for the abuses of set of laws dealing with corporate laws, policies and mechanism internationally. This paper addresses the questions of law making and implementation in corporate law and their tortious liability arises out of their activities beyond the limits. This thesis shall aim to pursue the different corporate crimes and their detrimental effects on community. The study is concentrated on the linkage between corporate social responsibility and transnational companies’ violations. Furthermore, with the international discussion it also analyzes the domestic laws reactions to these violations of human rights. The research project also recommends the new proposals in the area. en_US
