Android Based Location System

Abstract

The idea is to make an Android based location system, when user will enter his place he will be able to see all hospitals, ATMs, Shopping malls, restaurants and bus stations nearby that place. Also the user will be able to see the shortest way to reach at that particular place from his location. The basic idea is when user will enter his place in the any category mentioned above, he will get nearest locations and the shortest way to get to those places. In case if user will search for hospitals not only he will find nearby hospital but also he will find emergency contact number to get an ambulance or any other kind of help for example first aid etc., while in categories like shopping malls and restaurants user will also get to know if there is any special offer on some products. Also if a new shop is going to open we can add it on our map with an image and also we can make a short description too and it will entered in our database and next time when we open the map that place will be in our map.
