dc.description.abstract The idea of automated prescription system is based on the patient history maintenance and providing automatic suggestion to a clinical Doctor. Mostly careless is done in taking the medicine on time according to prescribed details. Therefore, when a patient is using this application she/he should be reminded to take medicine according to prescribed details. The record of each prescribed medicine should be maintained, which is not manually possible. The record maintenance would be best to maintain history of patient that could help the Clinical Doctor to prescribe next proper medicine, according to patient history. Secondly, there is no pharmacist with the Clinical Doctor who could suggest the Doctor in best prescription, according to history of patient. The pharmacist would also explain the interaction of medicine with the patient condition that help the Doctor in best selection of medicine. Therefore, such an automated system is required that connected the patient, Clinical Doctor and pharmacist on one platform. Our automated system will provide a smart phone application for patients remind the patient to take the medicine accordingly. This application also helps the Clinical Doctors in providing next best suggested medicine to patient according to the patient history. en_US
