Abstract:
Purpose- The core aim of this study to find the impacts of quality on competitive advantage and have found that quality has aorganizational performance. Through literature reviews

Methodology & Design- The research is quantitative in nature and data collection is done
through questionnaire which is distributed in the selected Textiles of Karachi. We have set a have collected data from the whole samplesample size to 100 from the population of 600 and we
for the analysis process. Different statistics tests were used in this study which includes
Bootstrap Analysis, reliability test, and regression tests by using the ADANCO 2.0.1 software.
Findings- This study result have showed that there is a positive relationship between the quality
and competitive advantage and organizational performance.
Practical Implications -The quality is a non-fmancial measure which significantly affects the textile sector oforganizations competitive advantage and organizational performance in
Karachi .By implementing this in textile we can achieve better competitive advantage and
performance. This study has a limitations and it can be implement in the textiles of Karachi.
Recommendations- This study is on the textile sector of Karachi, now someone should research
on FMCG, Pharmaceutical sector or in the plastic industry of Karachi. The data gathering is very
hard as managers, and supervisor and decision makers has a very short time and we have to
request a lot for the fulfillment of data.
