Abstract:
Purpose of the research - The motivation behind this research study is to experimentally
look at the impact of human asset the board human resource management practices on
workers' hierarchical job embeddedness. Following the ability enhancing human resources
practices, motivation enhancing human resources practices and opportunity enhancing human
resources practices and (AMO) model of HRM, it was anticipated that ability, motivation and
opportunity-improving human resources practiceswould identify with fit, link and sacrifice -
the components of job embeddedness.
Approach/design/methodology - Data were gathered from a coordinated example of 312
employees of ride hailing companies in Pakistan. Numerous intercession test was utilized to
test coordinate and impacts.
Findings - Results demonstrated that human resource management practices add to the
creation and improvement of job embeddedness. The human resources practices were found
to impact job embeddedness. The outcomes propose that associations can proactively upgrade
and job embeddedness executing proper HRM practices.
Research limits/suggestions - While this investigation makes a commitment to the
comprehension of the connection between human resource management practices, workers'
hierarchical job embeddedness, we gathered the majority of the information.
