| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The main purpose of the research was to evaluate if the big five personality factors moderate the relationship between the trading behavior and sources of information. Methodology & Design The research design selected for this research is explanatory and a deductive approach is selected. The research mainly relies on primary data, which has been collected using the questionnaire survey. The data has been analyzed using various statistical tests in SPSS 23.0 and Jamovi. Findings All the mdl hypotheses are not rejected in this research based on results of moderation and it is drawn that the personality factors do not moderate the relationship between the trading behavior and sources of information as suggested by p-values of higher 0.05 in each test run. The findings are contrasted and supported by past researchers ’ findings to make the research comprehensive. Limitations • The research conducted studied a sample size of384 respondents among the investors of Pakistan, which is a huge population. • The research studied data from Pakistan only and the study of few economies collectively could have bettered the research scope and validity of research findings. • The research focused on collecting data using questionnaire survey and apply quantitative tools to analyze the data. • The last limitation is that the researcher has been able to apply limited statistical due to the fact that there was limited time and financial resource and this can limit the application of research findings as well. Originality and Value • the findings of the current research are expected to be helpful in relation to identifying the tendency of the investors to display different kinds of trading behavior and demonstrating the ways in which skills of investor eminently display. | en_US |
