dc.description.abstract This research study finds out the impact of training & development components being implemented at DHL and aims to examine the impact of these training & development components on employee’s job satisfaction. Methodology: This research study used SPSS for hypothesis testing and relationship finding between the training & development and employee job satisfaction. This research study used regression analysis to explain the dependence of variables on independent variables. Findings: This research study found out the relationship between the variables with the help of Pearson correlation. The R Square is more than 65%, which explains the dependence of dependent variables on independent variable. In other words, employee’s training and development have positive and significant impact on employee’s job satisfaction. Implications: This research study is quite useful for management of DHL in understanding the impact of training & development practices on job satisfaction and taking remedial measures to further improve in this area. The research study is also useful for managers of other organizations and even academia can immensely benefit from findings of the study. en_US
