INFLUENCE OF WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY ON JOB SATISFACTION IN EDUCATIONAL SECTOR OF KARACHI

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of workplace spirituality on job satisfaction in an Educational sector of Karachi. ! deductive while the studyDesign/methodology/approach Research approach applied quantitative and explanatory in nature. By means private schools of Karachi were targeted with a sample size usable. The unit of analysis was school teachers. Questionnaire was taken was j of convenient sampling technique of 400 out of which 310 was responses were from previous research article (Petchsawang & Duchon, 2009) and items belonging variable within the questionnaire were structured on 5point Likert scale.
