| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of employee empowerment, teamwork and training on employee job satisfaction at K-Electric Ltd Karachi. The impact of employee empowerment, teamwork and training on job satisfaction of employees working in K-Electric Ltd. Karachi, has been examined. Methodology: Adopting deductive approach, hypotheses were formulated after in-depth review of the available literature, followed by data collection through a questionnaire. The primary quantitative data was gathered through the questionnaire from a sample of 300 respondents, selected through non-probability convenience sampling technique. The data gathered for the research was analyzed through statistical tools Pearson’s Correlation and Regression analysis tests, with the help of software SPSS, version 23. Findings: Result of the study has indicated that all hypotheses are accepted indicating that there is a positive relation between variables. The findings of the study facilitated in concluded that employee empowerment, teamwork and training are moderately associated with job satisfaction. Considering the findings being obtained so far, it has been evaluated that employee empowerment, teamwork and training is found to be highly effective for the development of employee job satisfaction. Implications: This study is considered quite useful for management of K-Electric in understanding effectiveness of their existing practices meant to develop their employees. Managers in service industry must introduce employee empowerment, teamwork and training policies because it can upgrade job satisfaction and motivation at the workplace. Managers of other organizations may also benefit from findings of the study. | en_US |
