dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of supply chain practiceson the organizational. This study has selectedconstruction industry of twin cities of Pakistan and targeted the employees of construction firms to collect the data to be used within this study. It has been found that information sharing, outsourcing, customer relationship management, and supplier relationship management(independent variables) have significant positive impact on the organizational performance (dependent variable). Research instrument used within this study for the collection of data from respondents has been the structured questionnaire. Various statistical instruments that are used primarily to analyze the relationship between these variables includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, coefficient etc. The results interpreted through correlation andregression by the help of SPSS software have shown the significant impact that supply chain practices (information sharing, outsourcing, customer relationship management, and supplier relationship management) has on influencing the organizational performance. The findings have proved that supply chain practicesprove highly significant in influencing organizational performance within construction industry of twin cities of Pakistan. en_US
