dc.description.abstract This study presents a theoretical approach on the characteristics of the banking sector of Islamabad Pakistan. Hofstede’s theory has been tested and Herzberg two factor theory has been tested hence the level of factors that mainly influence the performance of employees for banking sector also vary on broader perspective. These hypotheses are tested with support to find the impact of organizational culture on employee performance working in banking sector of Islamabad Pakistan. The basic goal behind this study is to recognize the factors that have greater role towards encouragement and motivation and that improves the performance of employees in banking sector of Islamabad. en_US
