dc.description.abstract This study has focused on identifying the impact of cross-cultural management on global staffing practices. This research is based on the study of firms (both Pakistani and Chinese) operating in CPEC and targets the employees of these firms to collect the data to be used within this study. This study has considered cross-cultural management as an independent variable and global staffing practices explained by recruitment & selection, training & development, performance appraisal, and compensation as dependent variable. Research instrument used within this study for the collection of data from respondents has been a structured questionnaire. Various statistical instruments that are used primarily to analyze the relationship between these variables includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, and regression. The results interpreted through correlation and regression by the help of SPSS software have shown the significant impact that cross-cultural management has over global staffing practices. Based on the findings of this study, it has been proved that cross-cultural management has positive impact on global staffing practices (recruitment & selection, training & development, performance appraisal, and compensation) in firms operating within CPEC. en_US
