| dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study was to examine the impact of leadership styles on supply chain agility, adaptability, and alignment in the courier industry of Islamabad / Rawalpindi. This study has considered transformational leadership representing leadership styles as an independent variable. Whereas, supply chain agility, adaptability, and alignment are recognized as the dependent variables within this study in order to testify their relationship within courier industry of twin cities of Pakistan. Structured questionnaire based on 5 Likert scale has been the research instruments used by researcher within this study for collection of data from respondents (officials of courier firms of twin cities of Pakistan). The researcher selectsa sample size of200 respondents to represent the entire population. The questionnaire was distributed in officials of courier firms of Islamabad and Rawalpindi by the researcher to gather the data. Collected data was then analyzed through statistical instruments such as correlation and regression by using SPSS Software. Based on the findings, it has been concluded that transformational leadership is having significant positive impact on supply chain agility, adaptability, and alignment in the courier industry of Islamabad / Rawalpindi. | en_US |
