dc.description.abstract This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of lean procurement practices on enhanced profitability of cafés in the twin cities of Pakistan. This study has considered lean procurement, procurement, lead time, cost reduction, and waste elimination, asindependent variables, whereas organizational performance is considered as dependent variable in this study. This study has finalized cafés of twin cities of Pakistan to testify the relationship between lean procurement, procurement, lead time, cost reduction, and waste elimination representing lean procurement practices (independent variables) and organizational performance (dependent variable). In this research, the major emphasis was on proving the significant effect that lean procurement practices (lean procurement, procurement, lead time, cost reduction, and waste elimination) has over organizational performance in the twin cities of Pakistan. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees associated with the cafés of twin cities of Pakistan have been requested to share their experiences regarding the effect of lean procurement practices on organizational performance. Then, to identify the results on data gathered from the respondents, statistical instruments have been used. Some of the statistical instruments used in this study includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, and coefficients to conduct the analysis within this study. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a significant relationship betweenlean procurement, procurement, lead time, cost reduction, and waste elimination (independent variables) and organizational performance (dependent variable) within cafés of twin cities of Pakistan. Conclusively, it can be said thatlean procurement practices have significant positiveimpact on organizational performance of cafés in twin cities of Pakistan. en_US
