dc.description.abstract The inventory in warehousing can provide a clear understand on how performance of the supply chain can be improved by effective management of both warehousing and inventory control. The main aim of this study was to identify the cause and affect along with the associations between inventory control and warehousing with supply chain performance. The study analyzed the perception of warehouse managerial team of Servis Sales Corporation. Literature has been reviewed to establish the associations between the variables. A close ended questionnaire based on Likert scale was used to collect the data from the warehouses of Servis Sales Corporation. The results indicated that the items of the variables were valid and significant relationship existed between the inventory control and supply chain performance. Moreover, the relationship between warehousing and supply chain performance is also established en_US
