dc.description.abstract Financial health of company plays important role to run operations successfully and also increase the profitability of the organization. In this study main purpose was to know the impact of cash conversion cycle of firm's profitability in the context of Oil & . . . Gas company. In this study 5 years data from 2014-2018 was analyzed to test hypotheses of the study. The analysis of study showing that cash conversion cycle (CCC) , firm size and inventory turnover has significant relationship with firm's profitability. These hypotheses are accepted and rest are rejected. So, in future same study can be conducted at large scale basis and data can be analyze more than 5 years to generalize the results. This study is also helpful for managers and experts to develop and implement effective strategies and plans. en_US
