Existence on Digital Platforms, i.e., Website and Social media, become essential to survive in a competitive Business environment for every person doing business. The business through this digitalization not only saves time but also helps in reducing the cost of advertisement and other operations. It also helps in enhancing customer engagement with the business by sound customer relationship management system through social media existence. This report enlightens the move from traditional business to digital platforms, which directly connects the customers across the nation. I have identified one such company AAS Enterprises which is working in ladies suiting domain in the textile industry and identified that company’s major problem in the business process that the sales become stagnant and also facing the stocks in hand issue which increase inventory holding cost. Also, the company is still doing business in the traditional ways which lacking them behind from the competition. So, presented AAS Enterprises the solution of getting website and social media existence to connect their business with consumers along with traditional B2B business process. The social media presence of the company is being done with their strategic business unit named Cataleya on Facebook. The designing of the website is done, and the development process will be completed soon.Along with digital platform and social media existence, traditional ways of business expansion also adopted to boost the sales of the company through market development strategy until the website is active for customers. By, implementation of this strategy, an increase in sales and reduction in inventory is being measured. Currently, the business model of AAS enterprise so far is B2B. AAS Enterprises can also introduce the B2C model through this digitalization. |
