Procurement practices and logistics System influence on supply chain Performance in NGO's of Pakistan

Abstract

This study is focused mainly on identifying the impact of procurement practices and logistics system on supply chain performance. This study has selected NGOs of Pakistan and targeted the officials of NGOs to collect the data to be used within this study. It has been found that procurement practices and logistics system (independent variables) have significant influence on the supply chain performance (dependent variable). Research instrument used within this study for the collection of data from respondents has been the structured questionnaire. Various statistical instruments that are used primarily to analyze the relationship between these variables includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, coefficient etc. The results interpreted through correlation and regression by the help of SPSS software have shown the significant influence that procurement practices and logistics system have on impacting supply chain performance. The findings have explained that procurement practices and logistics system prove highly significant in influencing supply chain performance in NGOs of Pakistan.
