Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of the study is to examine the impact on financial structure by demurrages of byco petroleum Pakistan limited. The company’s financial structure is disturbed by demurrages of single point, mooring the separate port of BYCO petroleum limited.
Methodology and design
The study is based on secondary data. The data is gathered from company’s financial statement, annua! report and internet.
Findings
The result of the study shows that the disturbed financial structure can be restructured by foreign direct investment and setup new management of advisory and operation. The problem arose unintentionally from advisory management, operation and sales team that effected the whole financial structure of byco petroleum limited.
Limitation
The information is not available in detail about SPM in company’s financial Report.
Recommendations
To solve the problem that arose from SPM, the company should restructure the management and replace it with excellent employees and restructure the strategy. After that, the company needs to take some decisions, which are related to financial restructuring and best syndicate finance strategy or investment planned.
