Abstract:
Nature is surrounded by harmful materials that are toxic to humans, animals, plants and every
living organism present in the world. As far as it is noted, there is no meaningful solution.
But, there exists many solutions which can eliminate far greater risks if not all. And, printing is one of them.

Therefore, the project Ecopick covers the idea of three dimensional printing using ecofriendly
filament. Revolving around green printing using a three dimensional printer and green
filament to print ecofriendly objects; made from the corn starch and sugar cane. The idea is to
provide the users with a built-in template and a 3D printer in their homes where they can
chose their own designs in order to get the desired object for using in their daily lives, making
the nature friendly around them.
In each chapter we will be covering details starting from the background of project, covering
its literature review, highlighting hardware and software requirements and the requirements
that is needed to design the system. Furthermore it covers the implementation of the system.
Highlights the implementation factors in detail and its testing. Lastly, it gives us the results
and future work of Ecopick.
Ecopick is different than the existing solution in terms of cost and filament. It fits the criteria
of assembling all the unpredictable and critical parts together as one system. The designed
circuitry of Ecopick is uniform for every printing hence, the user can print whatever he wants
without getting into technical details.
Ecopick proved to be a test for our team in utilizing knowledge by reading into different
books and different research papers. It helped us to utilize all the academic and realistic facts
of most of the course we have studied throughout our bachelors.
