dc.description.abstract Purpose The purpose of this research is to reconfirm the impact of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Engagement and to analyze its impact on Employee performance. Methodology & Design The quantitative study will be done in non-contrived setting. Non-probabilistic sampling will be used to approach employees from executive working class of Karachi. Findings The overall impact of employees’ engagement on employees’ performance will be positive. It is expected on the basis of general model of engagement used by major companies in Karachi Market. Limitations Limitations are those factors which impact the result of the study. This study comprises of analysis based on employees of small scale organization who belong to lower and middle managerial levels. The sample under study comprised of 400 members out of which only 270 responded valid. This much sample size does not depict the response of masses. Recommendations Employers need to focus on factors determined to monetize the potential stored in their human resource to gain competitive edge in the growing markets. en_US
