IMPACT OF INNOVATIVENESS AND SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRATION ON SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE: AN EMPERICAL STUDY

Abstract

Purpose The main purpose of this research is to identify the impact of innovativeness and supply chain integration on supply chain performance in Pakistan. By identifying different types of supply chain integration that are associated with firm’s performance. Methodology & Design This research is quantitative in nature and primary data was collected using a cross sectional survey that was self-administered. The main data were collected in a web-based questionnaire survey. The questionnaire distributed used for further analysis. Reliability test, correlation test, collinearity test and regression test were performed using SPSS to test proposed hypotheses on the associations between variables. 450 out of which of 384were responses were Findings findings of this research revealed that innovativeness, internal integration, supplier integration and customer integration has significant impact on supply chain performance. Therefore it is proved that above mentioned variables are key determinants to enhance The supply chain performance.
