dc.description.abstract | One thing the current global governance lacks is easy collaboration and communication among the global institutions and entities. All of them work in their own silos and if there is a need of any information sharing we have to convert it into the required form before utilizing it. This conversion takes time, effort and resources and sometimes becomes useless. a With the rapid increase in digital technologies for communication and collaboration there is a strong need of digital tools and techniques for collaboration among global entities. For this purpose we are proposing a global distributed network of resource sharing digitally that will contain all the "person" related information in a format that is relevant, concurrent and reliable. a Our proposal includes a framework as well as the possible technology options that are most suitable for such a platform. The idea is to connect all the global entities to digitally share important data with each other and with full security trimming. Once we can have global data in digital form we can use it for quick planning, decision making, forecasting, resource allocation, agriculture. education and an infinite number of problems to be solved. | en_US |
