Abstract:
This cross-sectional research study is aimed to measure the significance and relationship between the lean supply chain management and organizational productivity. In previous studies, it has been found that organizational productivity has various other constraints as well which have a significant and influencing relationship with organizational productivity. But this study has only focused on the lean supply chain management to measure organizational productivity of steel manufacturing companies of Pakistan. Previously, the impact of lean management has been explored on the individual’s productivity. But, this study further elaborated to explore the dimension of the lean supply chain management on the productivity of the organizations which is actually the core purpose of every profitable organization to be considered. This study identified that Pakistan based steel manufacturing organizations have over 32.6% significant influence of the lean supply chain management on the organizational productivity, which is considered to be a keen point for the profitable organization to get the consideration and increase their organization’s productivity accordingly.
