dc.description.abstract The aim of this research is to evaluate Triple-A strategy if it can be used to improve supply chain performance in Pakistani Aviation industry. The main purpose of this study is to implement Triple- A strategy on Pakistani Aviation Supply Chain and then measure performance to check if using the Triple-A strategy gives good improved results. The research used research design to gather information and descriptive statistics was used in this research to evaluate the data. This study basically emphasizes on aviation companies supply chain related to aircraft spares. The study concluded that Triple – A strategy (agility, adaptability and alignment) do play a major role in Pakistani aviation supply chain en_US
